This brand new 4 bedroom is already a popular rental on the island, it is a beautiful house located on a quiet peaceful bay called Coco Bay.

The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living area and dining area , laundry room with large freezer, satellite tv, ceiling fans throughout and central a/c, gas bbq grill, cd player and dvd player.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with views of the bay and sliding glass doors out onto the deck, there is a large bathroom with double sinks and a large walk in shower.

Two more bedrooms have a queen size bed and share the second bathroom which as a tub with shower.
The 4 th bedroom has a trundle bed that pulls out into a double bed and has a tv with dvd player, great room for the kids to sleep and a bathroom with tub and shower.

This is a perfect home for a large family or a group of couples, Coco Bay is a great beach for walking and swimming. There is also a dock close by where you can tie up your rental boat .

The rate is $3000 per week with holidays being slightly higher, maximum of 8 people.
