This charming, brand new cottage sits directly on one of the nicest beaches on the island, Coco Bay Beach. The quiet, tranquil water makes this mile - long sandy shore ideal for children, shell collectors and walkers. There is a dock for fishing, your rental boat tie-up or an evening sunset. Just a short stroll away is the Atlantic Ocean beach. The cottage has two bedrooms, one of which has french doors that open to a lovely view of the sea and has a queen - size bed; the other has two single beds. A large bathroom with shower separates the two bedrooms. There is a pull out sofa in the living room which, with the dining area and kitchen, which looks out onto a screened porch that runs the entire front of the house. The cottage has a CD player and air-conditioning.
