This luxury home was built in 2005. It sits on Black Sound, and is an ideal home to rent if you come by boat or plan to rent a boat for your holiday. The house is two storeys, downstairs has one bedroom with two single beds which can be made into a king bed, one bathroom, livingroom,dining, kitchen and a screened in porch. The apartment is perfect if you are traveling with two couples and you each want you own privacy, or if you are traveling with your children who are older enough to want there own space.

The upstairs has two bedrooms, each has a king bed, two bathrooms, a guest bathroom, living, dining, kitchen and a wrap around porch. The owners have thought of everything to make you feel at home, the home has satellite TV, VHF radio and high speed internet. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, a diesel generator that goes on automatically if the electric should go off and a water maker.

The dock is a great place to hang out, it has power and water available, and a dock house where you can sit and watch the activity in the harbour. The dock can accommodate boats up to 65 feet in length .
