Viewpoint is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located on the edge of the historic settlement of New Plymouth. Situated high on the crest of a hill, at the head of Green Turtle Cay’s harbour, Viewpoint offers the most spectacular sunsets from its wrap-around porch. Moonlit nights make this home a very romantic setting – best enjoyed from the soothing porch swing – and you will find it hard to beat the sun setting over the Sea of Abaco as your evening backdrop.

Designed to blend in with the historic settlement, this 1,500-square-foot Salt Box-style home was completed in December 2003. It offers a split-plan layout with ten-foot ceilings with central air and heat (when needed!). All rooms are cross-ventilated to maximize the tropical breezes that frequent the island. The master suite has a queen-sized bed, full bath, cedar-lined walk-in closet plus a sitting area overlooking the harbour and Sea of Abaco. The two additional bedrooms also have queen beds and sitting areas.

The home comes complete with stereo, CD player,tv with satelite ,wifi, fully-equipped kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils, linens, gas grill (BBQ) and beach towels. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Due to the home’s elevated setting, it is not suitable for small children. The homeowners also wish the home to remain a smoke- and pet-free .
