This charming cottage is in the heart of the settlement of New Plymouth. It is over 200 years old , built by one of the Loyalist Families that moved here from the Carolina’s during the Revolutionary War. The home was been completely renovated in 2005 with great care to keep the charm of the old cottage. The cottage overlooks the "creek " as locals call it and the Sea of Abaco. There is one bedroom downstairs with a queen size bed , bathroom with full tub . The living room has a TV with a DVD and VHS player , there is also a phone. The kitchen overlooks the large porch where you can sit and watch the local activity . Upstairs is a charming loft bedroom with 2 single beds , the bathroom has a shower stall. Each of the rooms has a split air conditioner and there are ceiling fans throughout. This unique cottage is the only one available to rent in the heart of the settlement where you are in walking distance of restaurants and stores.
