Bahama House

Bahama House is a beautiful home located on a quiet, peaceful bay called Coco Bay, where you can hand-feed green turtles.

Bahama House has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring: granite countertops, recessed lighting, stainless steel appliances (including ice/water in the refrigerator door) and all other essentials you would have at home. Also, the home features a large open living/dining area with cathedral ceilings (with fixed fans), a 52-inch flat-screen T.V., WiFi and a desk.

The great room is a wonderful place to gather and exchange stories following a day outside enjoying the tropics. A wrap-around deck completes the home, featuring a 60′ porch and steps down to a huge sun deck – perfect for enjoying the magnificent view of Coco Bay during the day and the incredible stars at night. There is a laundry room with a large freezer for provisions plus a washer, dryer, utility sink and an outside shower right outside the door.

Bahama House also has central air conditioning, a large gas BBQ, a CD and DVD player (with a selection of movies available for you and the kids to enjoy). The master bedroom features a roomy king-size bed with sliding glass doors opening onto the deck. The master bathroom features marble countertops, two marble above-counter vessels and a huge tumbled marble walk-in shower. The walk-in closet will accommodate all your needs with suitcase holders. Three additional bedrooms feature comfortable queen-size beds, nightstands and dressers. There are two additional full bathrooms with showers, making this the perfect home for a large family or a group (sleeps up to 8 people).

Coco Bay is a great beach for walking, shelling, bonefishing, snorkelling and swimming. There is a public dock close by where you can tie up your rental boat and a private area of the beach with seating. Also, there are kayaks and paddleboards available to use and plenty of room to park a golf cart rental at the side of the house. Bahama House is a comfortable home to unwind, relax and rest and offers plenty of privacy. Everyone can hang out on the deck and watch the sunsets and you can stay in and cook or you are a short golf cart ride to Green Turtle Club or Bluff House for dinner – the choice is yours. Also, there is a freshwater pool and snack bar at the Green Turtle Club where you can enjoy the pool, a drink and a light lunch.
