Blair's Bungalow

Blair's Bungalow is a spacious and newly refurbished 2-bed, 1-bath unit that forms half of a duplex on Black Sound. It has its own boat slip (freshwater available, but no power at the dock slip). Guests can choose the layout of the beds in the bedrooms to be set up as one King-sized bed or two XL Twin beds for each room.

Blair's Bungalow comfortably accommodates 4 guests and is ideal for groups of friends of small families.

The large eat-in kitchen has a full refrigerator and a 5.5 cubic-foot chest freezer, stove and microwave. The bathroom is complete with a tub, shower, sink and toilet. WI-FI is available throughout the unit as well as A/C.

The space

Conveniently located on the leeward side of Black Sound between Abaco Boat Yard and Sunset Marine, so is ideal for boaters. The other side of the unit and on the same property is Aly's Hideaway, which is also a two-bedroom and one-bath unit. You'll have your entire unit and will share the deck and dock space with the other renters. Aly's Hideaway may be rented in conjunction with Blair's Bungalow to make a 4-bedroom unit, sleeping 8 guests if dates align.

Blair's Bungalow is located in the more central area of the property and you’ll have the entire unit to yourself but will share the deck and dock space with the other renters (charged at $1.25 per ft).
