Cannery House

Long before Cannery House stood here, the property hummed with a different kind of activity — a 19th-century pineapple canning operation that once shipped fruit from these shores out into the world.

Today, that history lingers quietly in the background while the property itself offers something thoroughly modern: a spacious, air-conditioned three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with your own private deep-water dock, just steps from the water's edge.

Cannery House is centrally air-conditioned and comfortably sleeps six. Upstairs, there is a large, covered front porch (great for entertaining or relaxing with a fantastic waterfront view!). On the main floor, there are two bedrooms fitted with Queen beds, an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, bathroom with tub/shower combo, satellite TV and WiFi router.

Located on the lower level of Cannery House is a full apartment with an open design, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room. There is also an additional bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with a shower. French doors open to a private covered patio directly on the water and a storage room with a washing machine.

There is plenty of deep water for your own boat up to 60′(on the face dock) or several smaller boats. Donny’s Boat Rentals and others are located just a short distance away.

Cannery House is centrally located on the island, about 1 mile from the historic town of New Plymouth, which offers several restaurants, bars, gift shops and grocery stores. And just a 10-minute stroll away are some of the island's famously white-sanded ocean beaches and fantastic snorkelling opportunities.

You can absolutely lose yourself in this island paradise and melt all your stress away at Cannery House.
