Cannery House

A 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat, offering your own private dock capable of dockage for boats up to 60 feet, with room for additional smaller boats and water and electricity is included!

Cannery House is centrally air-conditioned and sleeps six comfortably. Upstairs has a large, covered, front porch (great for entertaining or relaxing with a fantastic waterfront view!). On the main floor, there are two bedrooms fitted with Queen beds, an open-designed fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, bathroom with tub/shower combo, satellite TV and WiFi router.

Located on the lower level of Cannery House is a full apartment with an open design fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room. There is also an additional bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with a shower. French doors open to a private covered patio directly on the water and a storage room with a washing machine.

There is plenty of deep water for your own boat up to 60′(on the face dock) or several smaller boats. Donnie’s Boat Rentals and others are located just a short distance away.

Cannery House is centrally located on the island, about 1 mile from the historic town of New Plymouth, which offers several restaurants, bars, gift shops and grocery stores. And just a five-minute stroll away are some of the island's famously white-sanded ocean beaches and fantastic snorkelling opportunities. The home is just 2 miles from the Green Turtle Club and slightly further away is the Bluff House Resort - both offering fine or casual dining opportunities. You can absolutely lose yourself in this island paradise and melt all your stress away at Cannery House.
