Coral Sands is a lovely 3- or 4-bedroom home that overlooks Bita Bay beach, which is right on your doorstep.

Bita Bay is a wonderful beach for snorkeling with a reef just off the shore that attracts an abundance of juvenile fish. At low tide, there are rock pools – perfect for children to explore – and the beach stretches for miles, which makes it a great beach for shelling and walking.

The house is split with upstairs offering three bedrooms and a separate 1-bed 1-bath studio apartment downstairs. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main master bedroom has a king-size bed, satellite TV and door leading out onto a screened-in porch. The master also has an en-suite with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

The second master bedroom also has a king-size bed, a door leading out onto a screened-in porch and a door leading into a further bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third upstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds, which can be made up into a king bed. There is also an open plan kitchen/living/dining area with extraordinary views of Bita Bay beach. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. The dining room table can seat 6, while the bar can seat 3 on barstools. There is also a large table and chairs on the screened-in porch, should you decide to dine outside. The living room offers a large flat-screen TV with satellite, a DVD player as well as ample books and games. The home has AC throughout, a washer and dryer, VHF radio and WiFi.

The downstairs apartment is a self-contained space with its own kitchen. The bed is a king with an en-suite offering a large walk-in shower. The apartment has a satellite TV and AC unit. It can only be rented with the main house, not separately, for an additional $1,050 per week.

There is also an additional studio with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom available for a total of $5,600 per week. From 1 September to 15 November, the rate is $3,450 per week. Christmas and New Year weeks are $5,000 per week.
