This outdoor oasis boasts a generously sized dining table, seating up to 8 guests, a built-in gas BBQ for al fresco dining, comfortable chaise lounge chairs, and cooling ceiling fans.

Inside, the open-concept design of the kitchen, living, and dining area showcases beautiful hardwood floors that add warmth and character to the space. The well-appointed kitchen is fully stocked, and equipped with a large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, and a convenient pantry, making it a haven for culinary enthusiasts.

The master bedroom is a luxurious retreat, featuring a king-size bed and an additional twin bed, French doors that open onto the porch, a spacious walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom complete with a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower.

The first guest bedroom is elegantly appointed with a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom boasting a walk-in shower, and French doors that lead to a sun-drenched patio, perfect for basking in the island sunshine. The second guest bedroom offers versatility with 1 queen and 1 twin bed, and the third bathroom is conveniently located off the living area, equipped with a walk-in shower.

For added convenience, there's a separate laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. While the dock currently does not have power or water, plans are underway to incorporate these amenities in the future.

On Da Sound ensures your comfort with a standby generator, WiFi connectivity, and air conditioning throughout the property, making your stay as enjoyable and worry-free as possible.
