Blair’s Bungalow is a spacious and newly refurbished 2bd/1 bath that forms half of a duplex on Black Sound. It has its own boat slip (freshwater available but no power at dock slip). Guests can choose the layout of the beds to be set up as one King-sized or two XL Twin beds for each room. Comfortably accommodates 4 guests.
The large eat-in kitchen has a full refrigerator & 5.5 cubic-feet chest freezer, stove and microwave. The bathroom is complete with a tub, shower, sink and toilet. WI-FI is available throughout the unit as well as A/C.
The space
Conveniently located on the leeward side of Black Sound between Abaco Boat Yard & Sunset Marine Co. This is one unit in a duplex. The other side is Aly’s Hideaway, which is also a two-bedroom and one-bath unit. You’ll have your entire unit and will share the deck and dock space with the other renters. Aly’s Hideaway may be rented in conjunction with Blairs to make a 4-bedroom unit, sleeping 8 persons (if dates align). NOTE: Blair’s Bungalow is located on the street side of the property and has access to the large private dock on the Black Sound side of the property.
