The house is split with upstairs offering three bedrooms and a separate 1-bed 1-bath studio apartment downstairs. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main master bedroom has a king-size bed, satellite TV and door leading out onto a screened-in porch. The master also has an en-suite with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

The second master bedroom also has a king-size bed, a door leading out onto a screened-in porch and a door leading into a further bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third upstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds, which can be made up into a king bed. There is also an open plan kitchen/living/dining area with extraordinary views of Bita Bay beach.
