The upper section of the home has 2 large bedrooms with 2 queens in one room and a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, both with an ensuite complete with walk-in showers. There is a large open-plan living room/dining/kitchen area, perfect for entertaining and relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook at home – with a large dining table that seats 8 and a bar that sits 4. On the upper floor, you also have access to a washer and dryer, a TV, WiFi and an expansive screened-in porch that offers unspoiled views of Gilliam Bay.

The downstairs living space is a self-contained 1-bed, 1-bath apartment with its own kitchen and living space. It also has its own large screened-in porch – with the white sandy beach only a few steps away. The apartment offers guests a king-sized bed, a walk-in shower and the option of a pull-out bed in the living room – should you need it.
