The beach level features a spacious 900-square-foot guest suite with one bedroom, one bathroom, and its own private exterior entry, providing ideal privacy for extended families or groups traveling together. This lower level also houses a dedicated laundry room, a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach, and garage/workshop storage space for water toys and beach gear.

Coco Palms is fully outfitted for both comfort and reliability during your island stay. The home features energy-efficient mini-split air conditioning and closed-cell foam insulation throughout to keep the home comfortable year-round. For complete peace of mind, the property is equipped with a whole-home standby generator, a 4,000-gallon rainwater storage cistern, a whole-home water filtration system, and brand-new hurricane-rated construction upgrades.
