Seabreeze Cottage’s location is ideal with its effortless proximity to the stretching white sands of Atlantic Beach and a few minutes walk away from Coco Bay beach – where you can feed turtles and other juvenile marine life! The world-famous Brendal’s Dive Centre and the Green Turtle Club (with its marina store full of necessary groceries and fine dining restaurant) are also nearby.

The property itself is set back from the road, giving you ample privacy. Set over two floors, the upper level of Seabreeze Cottage offers two comfortable bedrooms (with a queen-size bed in each) and two baths, a living room, dining area and a spacious wrap-around deck. The master bedroom has a large walk-in shower and washer and dryer. The second bathroom off of the living room also has a large walk-in shower. The kitchen is spacious and offers a beautiful breakfast bar with views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The downstairs ‘apartment’ is a self-contained and predominately open-plan one bedroom (queen-size) and one bathroom. It has a full kitchen and ample living/dining area. Amenities include a dishwasher, hand-made bar, satellite TV, DVD player, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washer/dryer. There is also a deck downstairs that provides access to the BBQ patio and an outdoor shower.
